What are the entrance requirements?
(1) Passion for playing the guitar
(2) Calluses on your fretting fingers because you play a lot
(3) At least one good ear (That means pitch!)
What is the time commitment involved?
Ed’s full program consists of four ten week quarters. Classes meet three times a week for 1 ½ hour sessions (Click Here for detail schedule outline).Students are encouraged to devote at least 4 ½ hours each week outside of class time to practice.
How much does it cost?
Tuition for all classes is $1,500 per ten week quarter (with three 1 ½ hour sessions per week)

What equipment do I need to get started with online instruction?
A guitar, any reasonably up-to-date computer with a webcam and a high speed internet connection. Video conferencing is via iChat, Skype or SightSpeed.
Where are live classes held?
Limited local classes are held in a quiet part of North Hollywood, and there is plenty of free street parking. A Metro bus stop is a five minute walk away and a twenty minute walk from the Metro Red Line/Orange Line terminal. Transfers to Metro bus services are available at the subway terminal.

How do I pay for classes?
Payments by PayPal or cashiers check only. A $750 dollar deposit is required to reserve your place in a class. The balance of the quarterly tuition ($750) to be posted by the end of the second week of class.
What do you mean when you say satisfaction guaranteed?
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back pro-rated up to and including the fifth week of classes.
What if technical glitches happen during online lessons?
Instruction time online is guaranteed. While they don’t occur often, technical difficulties do arise from time to time with online video chats. In the event a technical problem disrupts a class, time will be scheduled to make up for whatever you missed.
Are private lessons available?
Yes, There are a limited number of hours for live private instruction. If there are no private instruction hours available Ed will match you with the right teacher for a referral fee. Private instruction rates are $50.00 for a half hour, $180.00 for four half hour lessons, $80.00 for an hour and $300 for four one hour lessons.
