1. Class sizes are limited to six persons per time slot allowing for more individual instructor/student interaction.

2. Classes are held in a quiet part of the city which is just minutes away by car, subway or bus from the action, excitement and glitz of Hollywood . The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and conducive to focused learning. 

3. There are guitars here for each student to play. The only thing you need to carry with you to class is your curriculum.

4. Parking rates in some areas of Los Angeles range from five to eight dollars a day and up. Metered parking can be as high as one dollar per hour. Parking tickets range from twenty eight dollars to fifty dollars per violation. There is plenty of free parking available here. This can mean a substantial savings on the overall cost of your education. 

5. Los Angeles Metro bus service stops are a five minute walk away. A Los Angeles Metro Red Line subway terminal is a twenty minute walk away. Transfers to Metro bus services are available at the subway terminal.
